Between February 14th and June 30th, 2024 you can earn a $250 grocery gift card and enter the draw for an Apple MacBook Air!
How do you earn your prize?
Simply refer your friends, family, and colleagues to our office for a mortgage between now and June 30, 2024. Any referral that results in a closed mortgage transaction prior to February 14, 2025 will receive a grocery gift card for $250. Any referral you provide that results in a closed mortgage transaction prior to July 31, 2024 will earn you an entry into the MacBook Air draw!
Who can refer?
Anyone who is 18 years of age and a resident of Ontario, Canada can refer someone to our office, so long as the mortgage will take place in the Provinces of Ontario or Nova Scotia. See below for ineligible referrals.
How do you refer?
Ensure permission of the person you are referring to our office has been granted for us to contact them. Then provide our office with their full name, phone number and email address. At the same time (so we can ensure you receive your grocery gift card) we will need your name, phone number and mailing address. You can do this by sending an email to the Mortgage Agent you are referring to; call the Mortgage Agent you are referring to or send the Mortgage Agent you are referring to a text message. The referral must come from a third party.
If multiple people refer the same person?
Only the first person that refers someone to our office, will be eligible for the $250 Grocery Gift Card and entry into the MacBook Air Draw upon qualification.
How many Prizes are available?
Each referral that results in a closed mortgage transaction prior to February 14, 2025 will result in a $250 Gift Card being received by the referring party. There are no limits on the number of referrals sent.
There is only one (1) MacBook Air available to win. Any referral you provide that results in a closed mortgage transaction prior to July 31, 2024 will earn you an entry into the MacBook Air draw!
Ineligible Referrals
Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Agents or Brokers, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Lawyers, Bank Employees, and their immediate family members are ineligible for this contest.
All decisions on qualifying referrals will be made by The Mortgage Centre – Cobourg office. All decisions will be final.
